Being the founder and CEO of a thriving business places me in a great position to be able to offer the people and businesses I work with incredible insight and value that goes way beyond the traditional parameters of Recruitment. In the last 25 years, I have covered many roles within recruitment: I walk-the-walk and would never give you generic or off-the-shelf advice or guidance. As a business owner with full P&L and team responsibilities, a recruitment expert, mum to a teenager, amazing husband and gorgeous French bulldog, I am direct, passionate and want to achieve the best results possible for the clients and candidates that we represent.

I lead a very busy life and providing for my family is priority so work life balance is key for me. I have 4 sons, 2 grandsons and a beautiful Frenchie called Lilly! and during my spare time (when I get some 🙂 ) I enjoy socialising and eating out 🙂

Hi, I’m Andrea Trafford, Resource Manager at K.A.G. Recruitment Consultancy.
I started my career working in the Law sector and moved into Recruitment when I joined K.A.G. in 2018.
Working in the Recruitment industry has its challenges but also many rewards, making the difference to someone’s life by helping them achieve their dream job and watching them succeed is the best part of my role.
I am a very proud mum of 2 boys and like nothing more than having my family and friends’ round for a roast dinner.

Hi, I’m Klaudia and I am originally from Poland, I’m a Recruitment Consultant for K.A.G.
My role allows me to help people find their dream permanent job and I will always do my best to ensure they have a smooth experience. From initial contact, building the relationship, finding out the exact requirements and personal goals of my candidates and maintaining the relationship right through to placement.
I like a peaceful life outside of work, whether that’s watching a good tv series, going to the gym or taking my dog Max for a very long walk.

RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
Hi, I’m Jo Adams, Relationship Manager for the K.A.G. team.
I have worked in recruitment for just under a decade and love connecting managers with their ideal recruits. Understanding in depth the ethos and values that managers have developed in their current team is vital in developing a rich understanding of how we can source the best candidates first time around.
What attracted me most to joining Kate and her team of strong, empowering women was how they are rewriting what recruitment consultancies offer to companies. Outside of work I am very family oriented and my personal interests include yoga, dancing and running. I am a life-long Evertonian named after the great Joe Royle, our last manager to win Everton silverware in 1995!

Hi, I’m Adéjah Wisdom- Graduate Recruitment Resourcer for K.A.G Recruitment Consultancy.
I am the newest member of the K.A.G. Team and recent Psychology Graduate. I am a naturally outgoing individual with a background in Sales and Customer Service, who strives to create a positive environment whilst providing high quality customer service. My role involves representing our brand and opportunities to the candidate market, so if you come across a job advertisement that is of interest, I would love to hear from you and support your career further.
My role within the K.A.G team is to work alongside the Senior Management team in both searching and screening potential candidates to assess suitability against our various opportunities and support you in finding your dream role.
What encouraged me the most to join the K.A.G team was the attention to support across the team, clients, and candidates. We are a team of powerful, hardworking women who work tirelessly to support the clients and candidates that we represent.
Although I enjoy working hard, outside of work I enjoy a soft life such as going to the gym, going on long walks and I absolutely love reading -my favourite author is Colleen Hoover!
