Mandy Deakin-Snell is a respected leader whose career spans senior executive roles in world-renowned supply chain organisations, combined with a passion for helping businesses and people grow sustainably.

As Director of International Operations at DPD UK, Mandy built award-winning teams and designed bespoke global export solutions, supporting some of the UK’s best-known retail brands in expanding their eCommerce presence worldwide. Her reputation for delivering innovative, customer-focused strategies led to her promotion as International Managing Director at Geopost Group in Paris, part of La Poste. There, she expanded the group’s international division, driving technology adoption, establishing new European distribution gateways, and creating a thriving international network of global leaders.

In 2023, Mandy founded MDS Alignment Ltd., aligning her corporate expertise with her commitment to authentic, people-centred leadership. Through consulting, executive coaching and training, she supports organisations seeking to navigate transformative change and unlock their teams’ full potential.

In addition to running her own business, Mandy is one of only 200 trainers worldwide in Multiple Brain Integration Techniques (mBIT), a Master Coach in NLP, and Certified Leadership Coach with the Institute of Leadership Management. Mandy brings a neuroscience-informed, heart-led approach to leadership and decision-making, helping businesses to bridge operational excellence with aligned leadership.

A lifetime dedicated to movement, health and confidence

For over 40 years, I’ve had a passion for understanding the human body — how it moves, how it adapts, why things sometimes go wrong, and most importantly, how we can help it function and feel better. My professional journey began in fitness and movement, evolving into a career encompassing Osteopathy, Clinical Sports Therapy, Rehabilitation, Pilates and Advanced Aesthetics.

Although these disciplines may appear quite different, to me they are naturally connected. They all involve understanding the relationship between structure, function, wellbeing and the confidence we feel in ourselves.

I’ve never believed in a one-size-fits-all approach.

Every person has their own story, lifestyle, physical challenges and aspirations. I enjoy looking beyond the immediate symptoms to understand the bigger picture — exploring not just where something hurts or what someone would like to change, but why it may be happening and what we can realistically do to improve it.

My approach combines clinical knowledge, hands-on experience and an appreciation of the individuality of every patient.  Whether I’m helping someone overcome persistent pain, regain mobility, return to an activity they love, or feel more confident in their appearance, my philosophy remains the same: thoughtful, individualised care with natural, achievable outcomes.

Where clinical expertise meets aesthetics

Over recent years, I’ve expanded my practice into Advanced Aesthetics and therapeutic joint injections, bringing the same understanding of anatomy, tissue health and function that underpins my osteopathic work.

I’m particularly interested in supporting women through the physical changes that come with ageing, menopause and significant weight loss. My aesthetic philosophy isn’t about changing someone’s face or chasing an unrealistic ideal of youth. It’s about understanding facial structure, restoring balance where appropriate, improving skin quality and helping people look refreshed while still looking entirely like themselves.

I believe the most successful treatments are often those that are barely noticeable to anyone else but make a meaningful difference to how someone feels.
