This is designed for people who need more than just a CV rewrite or a quick fix. By Your Side is a structured, personal approach to helping you gain clarity, confidence, and real traction in your job search.

What is ‘By Your Side’?

By Your Side is our hands-on, people-first career support service. It’s built to meet you where you are, and help you get to where you want to be.

You’ll work directly with a member of the K.A.G. team across five tailored sessions that cover everything from strategy and branding to applications and interview prep. We’re not here to give you generic advice. We’re here to equip you with the tools, language, and confidence to move forward with purpose.

We start with a free 30-minute discovery call to understand your goals and see if we’re a good fit.

From there, you’ll move through 5 personalised sessions with your dedicated K.A.G. consultant. Here’s what we’ll cover:
