I’m Kate Gerald, Founder and CEO of Multi-Award Winning K.A.G. Recruitment & Training Consultancy, mBIT Certified Coach, Business Coach, and a passionate advocate for women in business.

I founded K.A.G. with one clear goal: to change how people experience Recruitment and to use my expertise to help businesses build high-performing teams while empowering women to thrive in traditionally male-dominated industries.

My passion for development led to the creation of K.A.G. Training, our sister company dedicated to helping leaders, managers, and hiring professionals achieve better results through people.

As an mBIT Certified Coach, I integrate mBraining techniques into coaching and training, helping leaders align their head, heart, and gut for clearer, more confident decisions. This approach builds emotional intelligence, strengthens communication, and drives lasting results.

I’m also the founder of Mindset Motivate Manifest, K.A.G.’s community that brings women together through events, panels, and forums designed to share knowledge, build confidence, and create lasting connection.

Beyond recruitment, I created By Your Side, a hands-on service offering wider support to job seekers outside of our disciplines with a 121 guided service.

As a business owner with full P&L and team responsibilities, I’m a mum to a very competitive teenager, have an amazing, supportive husband and my fur baby Zeke. I am direct, passionate and want to achieve the best results possible for the clients and candidates that we represent.
