Sales Account Co-ordinator

K.A.G. Recruitment are delighted to have been instructed to support our client to recruit a Sales Account Co-ordinator to join their existing team based in Worcester.

Role: Sales Account Co-ordinator
Salary:£27,000 – Benefits – Pension contribution (4% employee, 4% company) 25 days holiday, Critical Illness cover, Life assurance, Medical insurance, Cycle to work scheme
Location: Worcester (with hybrid options)
Reporting to: Head of Broker Relations
Hours: 37.5

Purpose of the role:
You will provide support and guidance to allocated customers driving retention and increase revenue, maximising customer service and satisfaction.  Assisting and dealing with all other incoming customer and account management type queries

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage a group of defined customers, providing support, guidance, and advice on product solutions.
  • Work alongside internal teams and other Account Managers to manage queries from all customers
  • Maximise order intake by providing timely support and delivering excellent customer service
  • Protect existing customer base and recurring revenue through excellent customer service
  • Promote and its products and services to customers

Requirements:
You will have previous experience within Customer Service or Sales and possess excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail and time management
