K.A.G. are delighted to be exclusively recruiting for an L&D Business Partner to join our client Eriks who are a technology driven, specialist industrial services provider based in the West Midlands on a 12 Month FTC.

Job Title: L&D Business Partner
Location: Remote (one day in office in Oldbury)
Salary: Highly Competitive, Plus Car or Car Allowance and Private Health Care.
Job Type: 12 Month FTC

Purpose of the role:
To provide ‘best in class’ people development through the effective maximisation of all available resources, such as third-party provision, Elearning, short courses and structured learning programmes.

Duties:

• Manage 3rd party suppliers and consult extensively to understand business needs
• Manage the apprenticeship Levy
• Alignment of development to the People strategy and ROI.
• Advise senior managers on the most suitable and effective development tools and techniques Manage the Digital offer and LMS.
• Deliver bespoke training.

You will have experience and knowledge of Training Needs analysis, Training Design, Management Development, Learning and development methods and methodologies, Extensive experience of senior stakeholder management, Extensive experience of Supplier management.

The ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of the Apprenticeship Levy, e-learning design and LMS Management.

You will be driven by the thought of unlocking people potential through great Learning and Development with a can-do attitude and confidence that comes from experience and knowing your craft.

You will have experience of working in a high performing team and be confident brining your ideas to the table, whilst working under your own initiative.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate continual professional development and is expected to be qualified to CIPD Level 5 or equivalent, with a coaching qualification providing a significant advantage
