We are on a mission to find an enthusiastic and skilled Field Service Technician to enhance our clients vibrant team. Position: Field Service Technician
Direct Report: Commercial Manager
Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire
Hours: Monday – Friday, 08.00-16.00 (Flexible)
Salary Package: £40,000 – £50,000 (Depending on Experience) plus Benefits including a Company Vehicle, 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays, Laptop, and Phone.

Your Impact:
Technical Mastery: Lead the charge in installations, commissioning, and repairs of cutting-edge UV curing equipment across a range of customer sites.
Collaborative Excellence: Work closely with our Sales and Customer Service Support Team to tackle technical challenges and uphold our reputation in technical discussions.
Global Adventure: Be ready to journey across the globe, bringing our clients solutions to life in Europe, the US, Canada, and the Far East.
Innovative Problem-Solving: Demonstrate unmatched motivation and ingenuity in addressing and solving complex issues.

We Value:
Experience: A proven track record in a similar field-based, customer-centric role, preferably within the Electromechanical equipment sphere.
Industry Knowledge: A background in the Printing industry would be advantageous, offering a unique perspective on our cutting-edge solutions.
Skills: Exceptional IT literacy, robust communication capabilities, and adept project management, ensuring prioritization and execution at the highest level.

Qualifications:
Professional Credentials: A robust foundation in Electromechanical Engineering, evidenced by a time-served qualification (Apprenticeship, ONC, HNC), or comparable industrial experience.

Mobility: A valid UK driving license and passport for your global assignments.
