Training & Development Business Partner
K.A.G. Recruitment are working on an exciting new exclusive opportunity for a Training & Development Business Partner to join our client NRS Healthcare at a time of expansion and growth within the business.
Role: Training & Development Business Partner
Salary: £50,000 + Car allowance – £500 Per Month, Private Healthcare, 25 days holidays plus stats, option to buy additional
Location: South UK (can be based London or easily commutable to London), with site travel required – Hybrid – 2 Days office based during the training period.
Hours: 37.5 – Monday to Friday
Purpose of the Role:
Working with the HR Director and key Stakeholders to deliver HR plans and solutions in line with the needs and priorities of the business. Operating as a departmental HR expert, to advise, onboard, guide and support staff and managers by providing high level people management and development support across designated directorates.

Duties Include:
- Provide timely advice to People Managers in respect of employee relation issues, including Pre-boarding, On-boarding, Company inductions, Health & Safety, ensuring business risk is well managed and escalated where appropriate.
- Promote performance management to leverage improvement in capability, working with managers to create a positive working culture which improves team and individual engagement. Support the coaching and development of line managers to screen, recruit and onboard the best calibre of candidate to aide retention.
You will have a proven track record of providing proactive, supportive, creative & credible advice and guidance. You will have a commitment to wellbeing, coaching and continuous improvement.
You will be able to demonstrate experience within a similar HR position and possess excellent working knowledge of employment law and employee relations.
Candidates will ideally have a Level 3 CIPD qualification or equivalent and previous experience of working within the FMCG/Manufacturing/Logistics sectors would also be highly advantageous.
