There is a lot of bad press out there at the moment about recruiters which I feel is unfair.  This is due to the fact that this is “tarring us all with the same brush.”  There are still a lot of passionate recruiters out there, who genuinely enjoy what they do and provide a fantastic service to both their candidates and clients.

The part that is often missed is that communication is key between each party during the recruitment process. In effect, recruitment  is a 3 way street…

Being –  RECRUITER, CANDIDATE & CLIENT.  If one of these parties doesn’t communicate well, it always looks bad on the other parties…

The key to having a successful recruitment strategy – is all parties involved having clear, concise communication.

I would be interested to hear other views on this, am I right or am I missing something?
