The Sales Executive Team Leader is responsible for driving the results of a team of 8-10 Sales Executives through recruiting, training, organising, coordinating, measuring, coaching, problem solving, and leading. The Team Leader will partner with management to execute company strategies and uphold standards to ensure that sales goals are met or exceeded. This role requires a self-starting, proactive, results-oriented individual who is ready to begin their career as a sales leadership professional.

Responsibilities:

  • You will manage the teams performance and support them over time by providing coaching and feedback in recurring weekly 1:1s
  • Participate in the recruitment process by identifying potential candidates, interviewing and making hiring recommendations.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive training sessions for Sales Executives Boot Camp, weekly sessions or ad hoc provide hands-on coaching and training including, but not limited to, workflow, prospecting, emailing, cold calling and closing.
  • Work closely with Sales and other members of the Leadership team to improve opportunity management and qualification processes
  • Work closely with Sales, Senior Manager/Director, to identify areas of improvement for the Teams.
  • Work in collaboration with Content, Marketing Program Managers, and Product Marketing to develop effective messaging to convert inbound interest into qualified pipeline.
  • Accurately forecasts weekly, monthly, quarterly attainment.
  • Motivate the team to exceed goals through coaching and well designed incentive programs. 

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a similar environment/sector and be knowledgeable within areas of Sales, Marketing or Customer Services.  You will have the ability to lead from the front whilst motivating and mentoring your team.

You will be an exceptional communicator with the ability to build relationships and demonstrate excellence to your team.
