Insurance Sales Advisor

Location: Birmingham

Salary: 18.600 – 20,500 plus commission

Hours: 37.5/week between 8.30am – 5.30pm.

Purpose of the role:

To assist clients, Personal Lines and Specialist Vehicles, with insurance quotes, queries and completing mid-term adjustments whilst delivering a high level of customer service.

Duties include:

Ensuring all Key Performance Indicators are achieved/exceeded (Income, add-on sales, customer feedback scores, Mid Term Adjustment (MTA) units, MTA conversion rate, cross selling, generating home insurance leads, outbound and inbound call handling statistics, fee collection and conversion to Premium Credit) and are attained compliantly within FCA regulation.

Process diary entries from the MTA and administration diaries, outbounding to existing clients for additional vehicles

Process Agreed Value requests and customer validation

Acting upon coaching/training to successfully overcome performance challenges.

Achieve the high standards expected with call compliance and monthly file audits.

Deliver and maintain excellent levels of customer service and ensure first call resolution with every customer contact.

The New Business Advisor will deal with both inbound and outbound calls and will manage their time effectively to achieve all KPI targets set. They will provide an excellent service to all of our customers and will ensure that business quality and compliance are of the highest standard.

The successful candidate have previous sales experience either B2B or B2C. You will be IT Literate to a high standard, numerate with excellent attention to detail, persuasive and self-motivated but happy to use your own initiative. An excellent communicator who is able to work under limited supervision
