I recently took on a graduate project for a client that I have worked with for some time now and successfully placed several graduates within their organisation.
One candidate was interviewed, and the offer was made on the same day. This reinforces to me that you don’t need to see multiple CV’s for a role. If you get the fit right and you feel the candidate meets all your requirements, this decision can be made very quickly and candidates appointed. This means that the candidates are not lost in the process and you are not still sat there two months down the line with the vacant position.
Working with a dedicated recruiter will give you this, as all parties are informed at the start of the process in terms of timescales and time to hire, so that expectations can be met on all sides.
